Please follow these steps to restrict this access:
Go to Settings > Lock screen > Secure lock settings
(You’ll be asked to enter your screen lock PIN or password)
Turn ON the option:
🔘 Lock network and security
This setting helps prevent changes to network-related settings from the lock screen.
⚠️ Note:
If this option is missing on your device model (like some budget/mid-range models), we recommend submitting feedback directly through:
Samsung Members app > Support > Send Feedback > Suggestion

2. Scroll down and Tap Lockscreen and Aod.
3. Tap on Secure lock settings.
4. Draw your device lock pin/ pattern.
5. Turn off the switch Lock Network and Security.
