yes you'll have to check it's simple just connect to pc if it starts it works

No, The Galaxy A70 doesn't support Samsung Dex yet. Currently it runs on all of Samsung's flagship smartphones and some devices which is close to flagship.

the dex is just an extension of your phone screen it enables u to access two different apps at one time
