In my samsung a35 I cannot share my internet with other devices like laptop hotspot connected but internet not working

Please look that its on wifi 2.4 not on 5 because old devices suppprt only 2.4 and accept it as a solution if you find helpful by pressing three dots

Ensure your mobile data is working properly on your phone by browsing or using apps. If not, then
-Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Hotspot and Tethering > Mobile Hotspot.
-Change the network band from 5 GHz to 2.4 GHz as some laptops may not support 5 GHz.
-Ensure the Network Mode is compatible (like LTE/4G).
Or else you can follow this step:
Resetting can resolve configuration issues.
-Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

→ You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.
