How to install software?

This march security update on Samsung A52s is quite buggy and genshin impaxt is lagging a lot. It was perfect before this update. Previously I went to samsung service centre and they said something releated to new software install. They said that the phone will be working as if its new and it did. But now, its choppy again. This costed 200rs and i cant afford to do it again. Anyone knows how to do it?

What did the Samsung service centre guys do the first time to fix it?

They actually installed a new firmware. I dony know how they did it but it was effective.

After installing security patches you cannot downgrade/reverse firmware version.Can you share a screen shot of your sw version screen.
