I think Samsung should look into midrange phone's heating issue. In India it is now everyones' problem. Every member is writing about their heating problem. M35 ( with vapour cooling) is 42 degree, A35 which I am using is also quite high and so on.. Exynos is known for its heating. Mobile converted to 4g after heating. Being a 5g user phone is converting to 4g because of its heating. Lol 😀. And after one year green line will appear for this extreme heating. Wow nice. 
After some time Cs member will come with the message you can't expect 100% etc etc.
I am not abusing Samsung. I just want to say being a tech giant what step samsung has been taken? 
I don't know how many people will read this post, but it the real problem now these days. 
I am thinking to sale my mobile and will shift to Moto which is providing better specs under 22, with edge 60 fushion. 
Not only samsung, everyone is doing their business. But samsung is not looking after their midrange user any more, this is the problem

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concerns.

1. Galaxy device heating issue:

1. Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.
2. Decrease the screen brightness.
3. Close background running apps.
4. Uninstall the unnecessary apps.
5. Reduce long duration of graphics intensive gaming sessions as it may cause heating issue.
6. Avoid usage of mobile phone when charging.

2. Galaxy device line issue:

● Kindly restart your device once: To power off through Quick settings, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap the Power icon in the upper right of the screen (next to the Settings icon), and then tap Power off. Kindly power buttons on the device after by pressing power for 5-7 seconds.

● Update software on device: apps screen > Settings > Software update > Download and install > Download > Install now.

● Reset the device:
Note: Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite. Remember Google password before resetting the device because it required during initial setup. If you don't remember the password, then reset (Forgot password) your google account.

Settings > General Management > Reset > Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup > Factory data reset (This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.)
