Green Line issue on Samsung A73 5G

Dear Samsung Support,

I am experiencing a green line on the display of my Samsung A73 5G after a recent software update. The phone has no physical damage, and the service center confirmed the same but refused a free screen replacement, stating the device is out of warranty.

Customer service has given the same response. I have been contacting the customer service continously but they are giving the same answer every time. My concern is why should i pay for the screen replacement which was not caused by me and totally due to the update given by samsung. The company should provide a free screen replacement, as Samsung is offering this for similar issues on S series models, but not for the A73 5G which is very unfair.

Bhai samsung ne na kabhi sunni hai na sunne ga inko bas paise banana hai inke sale giregi tab hi inko samjhe ga but yaha log aise hai jinko koi farak hi nahi padta hai bas inke phone lete rahete hai

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue.
