Dear Samsung Support,
I am experiencing a green line on the display of my Samsung A73 5G after a recent software update. The phone has no physical damage, and the service center confirmed the same but refused a free screen replacement, stating the device is out of warranty.
Customer service has given the same response. I have been contacting the customer service continously but they are giving the same answer every time. My concern is why should i pay for the screen replacement which was not caused by me and totally due to the update given by samsung. The company should provide a free screen replacement, as Samsung is offering this for similar issues on S series models, but not for the A73 5G which is very unfair.

I had the same issue with a73 samsung service is worst and customer care skill was very very worst
