Hi, recently I have been facing a problem which is "ghost touch" with my galaxy A15. The phone sometimes stucks and freezes, which makes it unable to be used for a short time. The only solution that I got was restarting it, by which it became usable but temporarily. I need a permanent solution concerning the issue.

Have you reset your device bro? If not then you should reset your device first

No, I haven't reset my phone yet, bro. Would the normal reset work, or should I apply a hard reset, though it's troublesome to back up all the data.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Remove the screen protectors and cover from the device once and check the issue after restarting the device.

Check your charger: If your charger is damaged, it may not supply power to your device, which may cause the touch screen to malfunction. In this case, use a different, undamaged charger to prevent this issue. It’s also a good idea to avoid using the touchscreen when the device is charging.

How to restart the device: Press & hold the power key> Restart> Tap again to Restart.

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/
