I need help. After my a70 was updated to android 10 I am experiencing weak battery and fast charging not working. And now I cannot charge while the phone is powered On. Need to off the phone before charging. And today, my phone was not turning on. It is only stucked at the Samsung Galaxy A70 display. I tried to hard reset it but it is not appearing. I plugged the charger and tried to power it on and it work. What will i do?
after upgrade android 10 Samsung a70 totally useless with poor sound quality, camera performance, battery draining very fast but there is no effect on admin,developers and Samsung entire team on this,after many experiences I found that Samsung rollout this software only for damming the original quality of mobile it means it means very third class job performance done by Samsung developers.
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Kindly follow the standard charging procedure. i.e please charge the device in switch off condition for a minimum of 10 minutes.

I have the same problem. My A70 won't charge. Day before yesterday I turned it off and charged to 95% (using original Samsung charger). This morning it was on 42%. I wanted to charge it (using original Samsung charger). The phone detects charger when plugged in, but it does not start charging. Instead, it discharges to 41% after few minutes.
Obviously, there is something wrong with charging procedure. Problem is not in charger because original charger and several others that I tried with other devices works OK. And charging works OK when phone is turned off.
It is not an option to charge the phone only when it is turned off.
