Galaxy A15 5G - Charging issue

Hi, I'm using a Galaxy A15 5G (purchased in Oct 2024). From last 2 days, my phone has stopped charging properly. I tried different chargers (including non-Samsung ones like Oppo,vivo - so, i charged right now from Vivo charger), also restarted the phone, and cleaned the charging port, but nothing worked. This all happened after updating the phone one UI 7.

There’s no water damage, no moisture warning, and battery protection is turned off. I also visited the Samsung service center, but they said the required parts are not available right now and said me to come back after 2 days. But no response. 

Is this a common issue? Any other solution I can try while waiting? Please help me with that I'm frustrating from this and this is second time. I've A33 the same issues happens and the phone was just stopped working. Then I purchased this one A15. 

Not expected from Samsung!!!

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and go to service center for check and resolve this issue.
