My New Samsung A35 5G Battery is bad from Day One – Why Should I Compromise?

I bought the Samsung Galaxy A35 5G and from the very first day, the battery has been draining insanely fast. Despite using it lightly—just Instagram, Netflix, and music—the 5000mAh battery barely lasts any time. I have been charging 135% daily just to get around 8 hours of screen time, and this is seriously damaging my battery health.I have sent logs to Samsung support multiple times, but all they do is tell me to limit my usage and change my settings. I am NOT willing to compromise on my experience or use this phone with these restrictions. I paid nearly ₹17,000 and expect a phone that works properly out of the box without these issues.I DEMAND Samsung provide me with a free lifetime-validity battery replacement coupon or replace my phone with a better model that doesn’t have these battery problems but includes all the features I paid for.Light users like me deserve a phone that lasts, not excuses and compromises.Samsung, it’s time to stand behind your product’s quality. See brother, this is a type of issue that won't have a solution. You have to restrict your usage according to them. Now, see, I also don't know whether you are using a pre-activated device or not. You have spent nearly 17 thousand according to you. And being a long time customer and a user, I would say that if you want to enjoy the true experience, you have to exclude every FE models, A, M and F series from your list. You have to increase your budget, which I think is rude from the viewpoint of the customers. None of their budget phones come with a strong hardware due to which their performance is utterly rubbish even from day 1. That's my opinion. 🙏

It's not pre activated. Bought it from Samsung store. But all im saying is that this needs to change. They can't keep getting away like this.

See bro, the sole reason is the price factor. Samsung nowadays is a flagship brand because it earns it's revenues mainly from the sale of S & Z series. Even if people don't buy their budget range devices, it will have negligible effect on them. Since, budget range devices are not of serious concern for them, they are unlikely to do something; the inferior hardware being the major cause. This is the reason I focused on price factor because if they want to increase the features and quality, the price will also rise.

If thats the case they should stop manufacturing budget phones but if they are manufacturing them then they are responsible whether they like it or not. I'm not gonna let them get away with this.

Extra sales bro specially in a country like India which is a home to middle class people;... that's the case. Other brands do this as well. They might provide you with a simple answer stating - you get that for what you pay.
