Emergency calls only

Whenever Iam in not so high signal area , we samsung a53 shows 'no service ' or ' emergency calls only ' , I couldn't call or receive call or use internet .

I tried

• Resetting network
• Formatting phone
• Reinstalling os
• Clearing cache partition 
• Changing network and sim

But nothing works . What to do

Turn on and off airplane mode 2-3 times

That's the most basic step, I tried at first didn't work.

Contacted service provider not their fault, it my device
