Why do I need to?A35 supports Esim only on North America,Europe and South Korea.You need to check google again properly.And I don't think Vietnam is in North America,Europe and South Korea1727704343923.jpg

I am not creating problem...I watched a video on youtube that a35 support e-sim thats why I post that have anyone facing same problem and righnow I get many replies and now I am sure that galaxy a 35 5g does not support e sim in all countries...Thanks a lot everyone...

Esim is supported on a35 outside india....this feature is not provided in indian variant

Sorry bro but i cant exactly provide you information about vietnam variant. There is no proper information given in Samsung website regading this but the usa variant does support esim in a35

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to activate E-sim on your device.

1. Open Settings and tap Connections → SIM manager → Add eSIM. When a mobile plan is found, follow the on-screen instructions to activate the eSIM.

2. If you have a QR code provided by your carrier, open Settings, tap Connections → SIM manager → Add eSIM → Scan the QR code, and then scan the QR code.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
