If u are in cloud backup then ur some data recover in other phone or u save ur data on laptop,nas or pc as backup then it safe otherwise no chance maybe most probably they lose forever. If ur whatsapp and photos has backup in gdrive then it recover in new phone when setup ur 📱. And tip that service centre may be stole some part from ur dead phone so it really check ur phone from other if they do some tweaking a part then they will tell most probably 🙏
