Clearing cache

Since the recent update on my Galaxy A70 Dual, I cannot clear the cache anymore.

The device does not give me the options when I press and hold the power and volume-up buttons from off mode.

Please advise.

The phone does not give me the options to clear the cache at all. It just switches on and ask foe the SIM cards pins.
