I've been having a problem with my Galaxy A32 4g for a few months now already.
I will delete files I've downloaded e.g. a movie and then immediately delete it from my recycle bin but it comes back to the original file a while later and it keeps doing it for quite a few times before it eventually deletes permanently.
I've even tried clearing the browser and the files app cache but it still doesn't work .
I use the original files app that comes with the Samsung.
Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps
