Samsung experience service error message

Hi all.updated software on my galaxy a10s and now keep getting a pop up that samsung experience service has stopped working. here is what i have tried and didn't work: 

1. restarting it

2. clearing the app cache

3. tried to update it in galaxy store but it won't appear
