Charging screen issue ,A52s 5g

Whenever i put in charge and the screen off , it shows the charging information but there is a light coming from the whole screen. Its an super amoled dislplay then why its happening. I have this issue till I bought this device. Does anyone knows what it is?

 No issue in Aod only when screen purely off while charging.. and charging info shows with this back light..we can see this backlight clearly when in room with complete dark.

Same in my device also ... i have reported it earlier... and also taken my phone to the service center but they told me that there is no issues, the screen is completely black. ..but then too i told them it is not pure black .... then they told me to submit the phone and kept it for observation for 24 hours .. if issue persist then they will replace my phone ... but i didn't gave.. because next day i was having exam and i had only one phone... this issue is also there in A52 4G variant from past 8 months and it has not fixed yet..

Ya bro.. this is really pathetic about samsung.. then why they are giving super amoled display.. paid 30k above rupees because of samsung brand value, quality , reliability while there are many other options in that price tag. Hope samsung should do something for this problem.. 😶

It is a big software issue. Don't worry, your hardware is fine.

I have the same problem, even after a factory reset the problem still persists. I just turned it off.

We are also facing some issue in fun mode of camera and sound issues while playing games

I have only 2 issues , fun mode bug in camera and this back light issue in Aod or in the charging screen.

hey guys i bought the a52s a month ago and i noticed the issue

the issue is visible when you are in dark room with no light at night  when you reduce the brightness to the minimum you can clearly see the issue with a pure black wallpaper like the one in the diagnostic menu *#0*#

the pixels cannot fully turn off and this is not how amoled or oled screens behave so please make more noise and report this problem to samsung we need a fix for this ASAP
