Issue Unresolved Despite Multiple Reports – Battery Protection Feature Failure

 I'm facing issue with the Battery Protection feature on my Samsung device.

I enabled the "Maximum" protection mode, which should stop charging at 85%, but my phone continues to charge to 100%, even overnight. Despite enabling the feature correctly, it's not working as expected.

I’ve already submitted over five reports through the Samsung Members app, following all instructions precisely (including log submission within 3 minutes). Still, I keep getting the same automated message saying the log file is missing.

I’m quite frustrated as this has been going on for some time with no resolution. I’d really appreciate if you could help escalate this or guide me on what to do next.

We would like to inform you that our team has not yet received your device logs, which is why we are unable to analyse the issue. We kindly request that you share the log files once again through the Samsung Members application. Our team will analyse your device issue and share the findings with the higher technical department.

Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung member application > Tap on support > Tap on send feedback > Choose composer option > Select error > Select the appropriate category > Type your query).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
