During using lockscren, my A36 have some brightness dim issue and also at the same time the fingerprint sensor does not responds

After the lockscreen, everything works fine...
What kind of issue is this? #samsung

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fixed by Samsung team soon. If you like please accept it as a solution it's help to other users also,click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution . Thanks.

Thank you for informing us that your issue was resolved after locking the screen. We kindly request that you share the logfile in case the issue occurs again on your device. Also, share the video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
