Bixby routines for secure folder apps

When sound assistant can work for secure folder apps then why the hell Bixby routine can't work?

I don't know why there is no uniformity in Samsung apps behaviour?

Ya! It should be turned on for the same app exists in secure folder. Disappointed 😞
