Those are from Samsung itself, so alternatives aren't much reliable.. I haven't tried though, but I can see autonomous, shortcutify as alternatives..

No hope from Samsung.. these are some major features that provides value to a models price... So if samsung was to provide these later, wouldn't it provided these earlier?!.. sorry, but one can't get everything from Samsung's low range phones..
