Galaxy ATo address this problem, let's try some troubleshooting steps:
- *Check your battery settings*: Ensure that your battery settings are optimized. Go to _Settings_ > _Device care_ > _Battery_ and check if any apps are consuming excessive power.
- *Update your software*: Make sure your device is running the latest software. Go to _Settings_ > _Software update_ > _Download and install_.
- *Perform a factory reset*: If the issue persists, try performing a factory reset. This will restore your device to its default settings. However, be sure to back up your data before doing so.
- *Check for physical damage*: Inspect your device's charging port and battery for any physical damage.
- *Visit a Samsung authorized service center*: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it's possible that there's a hardware problem. Visit a Samsung authorized service center for further assistance.
Regarding your concern about the authenticity of the product, it's unlikely that the issue is related to the device being counterfeit. However, if you're still unsure, you can contact Samsung's customer support or visit a Samsung authorized service center to verify the device's authenticity.

Galaxy AWhen i checked the IMEI number details. The details of both the IMEI numbers vary with each other. One shows that this device is manufactured in the year 2025. Thats when i started questioning the authenticity of this product.
