Android 10 update

Anybody got android 10 and one ui 2 update in Galaxy A50? Samsung says they gave already but i did not receive till now. Pls answer me guys

actually they rolled Android 10 for A50 but there was many problem with the update, like I'm having now. so to remove all problem and for better experience they take back the update.

In india, a50 got update on 16 march but after 5 hrs it was become rolled back by Samsung. it is having some bugs like battery drain,heating issues etc.
Samsung may provide update again in the current month UPTO last week with all bugs fixed.

Except India, Bangladesh and the US, most of the other countries got it yesterday.

i am from Bangladesh. no Android 10 for A50 here.
