Sir, last few days I am trying to reach out samsung for my screen green line issue (A71). But last information from samsung which I get in A71 this case is minimal that's why samsung is not taking any steps. But in the other side one plus is giving free service for all phones. I belong to a lower middle class family, 30000 is not a matter of joke to me. I am helpless. Though case is minimal, samsung should take proper steps. Sir, I think who are using mid range smart phones they are all from a middle class family, 30,000 is a big amount for them, so please take proper steps regarding this matter. Otherwise I have to change my phone because of my screen, I can't afford 6,500 at any cost. And this time I will definately not buy samsung and will not recommend to others.

My dear complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members app as a error report and also send your's log files along with this error report for this issue. Then also go to service center for replace/repair it's free of cost. Thanks.

My dear please demand to him for replace it free of cost because it's happened due to Samsung update effect, so Samsung is responsible for this issue. Thanks.

I have same issue. Samsung Store advised me to change screen worth Rs. 30,000. It is just a joke. 30% cost of phone is Screen. And Samsung should own responsible for them software updates of July 23 which crashed millions of screen pixels of faithful and loyal Samsung users.

It's just **bleep** business by samsung
