I bought My first ever phone from Samsung in 2012 and till today, 2024 end, I bought almost 6 samsung phones and I swear to god I always been suffering. Everytime I just suffered.
I got replacement from Samsung as well but the replaced product which I got also works same.
The last time I bought Samsung galaxy A52, which had some hardware issues not getting resolved after 5 repairs under warranty, and got replacement as galaxy A73 and in this without any damage, the screen shows green pink lines. And samsung is not doing anything.
"The life of samsung phones is just 1 to 2 years only" I think

**bleep** off Samsung.
I really believe you have hired some dumb **bleep** in your headoffice. The persona claim to be Samsung head and no conversesatin skill, zero product knowledge and repeating same things again and again. He didn't even understand my question and last cases just, repeating 'Sir please visit the nearest service center with valid document. I recorded his last minute conversesation have a look at this. He call himself Naveen.

I am facing green line issue just after October 24 security patch update. I was on WhatsApp video call and suddenly green line started appearing in between of ongoing call. I had installed security patch half an hour ago. And Samsung says its not software issue but the hardware. They say you have to repair on your expense since it is out of warranty. What a wonderful company Samsung is😂😂. Totally rubbish
[27nov] - Hurray!! Fourth green line has appread on screen Today morning when watching YouTube.
Every new line appears when any video related activity is going on.
Either SAMSUNG or GOOGLE have hired some engineer and tester from another world who have developed this green line features on random device like PAGER BLAST

I already did it bro , I bought this phone when I was in Philippines, and now I am in India , they are saying come to Philippines so that we can take some measures, and here in India they are saying this is overseas product. We can't do anything,

Well, I'm recommending all these beacuse I got full screen replacement minus labour cost for the same issue in August. Keep trying.
