A50s and A51 both have same chipsets yet, A51 is getting one ui 4.0 update and A50s is not

Smarphones launching after S10 are getting update

S10 launched in Jan 2019

A50s launched in Aug 2019

Then why is A50s is not getting the update.

Samsung India, please do something regarding this.

It is eligible for 4 yr security updates just like S10 and future devices, but only 2 yr of software update, it is stuck in weird situation in middle

Chipset doesn't matter at all in Samsungs....
It's Update Policy which you can't deny as you've agreed for while buying the phone..
