Hi, is anyone facing display issues with A73 display. When i am using screen, like touching the screen or holding the screen, i have observed that some horizontal lines are coming and going on the display. It's clearly more visible if you use light mode and a white or yellowish wallpaper on the lockscreen. It was more clearly visible on low brightness. Just by touching the screen, the lines were coming and going. Is this issue commom to everyone?? Put the brughtness around 10 to 15% and touch the screen. If anyone sees these horizontal lines. Let me know. Because i really would like to know whether this is a common issue or specific to me. Hope i get enough replies L Comment Post... please reply

What happened then, did you visit near service centre for this issue? Did they find you some solution. I don't want my phone to repair. Either they have to give new device or convincing solution for this

There is no solution to this,it is a Hardware problem and you can't do anything Samsung should give us a new device(Another model)as it is a problem to all A73 model or if they are not replacing it with a new one they should atleast give us the display cost which is around ₹6567, I have checked on their official website.Because spending nearly ₹40000 is a lot for many of us and still if we are facing the problem which can't be solved hurts a lot.

I think it is a Hardware issue because when you are touching the screen then only it is happening otherwise not and it only is happening to only half of the screen from top to middle rest of the screen remains as it is on my phone.I don't think it can be fixed from software updates. And I think as it is a Super Amoled Plus Display which is very thin as compared to normal Super Amoled Display it will have this problem. For solution check my other comments.

I've had the same issue. Just bought the phone a week ago and just noticed it when I used the setting "extra dim". And since the, it really bothers me. I even brought the phone to customer service but they only told me that other A73 phones were also like that on low brightness. They told me that it's because of the hardware used on the A73. Other samsung phones didn't have this problem when I checked their model phones on display. Im really disappointed. I was expecting that they would replace the unit or offer to fix it but they just accepted the fact that it has those faint lines.

Samsung, please do something about this issue.

I think even if you get a new device it will also have same problem, this is not a problem to few people but to anyone who have purchased A73,it is also bothering me but I have tried each and every possibility to solve the problem but l failed ,one thing could be done if lot of people raise their voice against these then maybe they could replace this model with some other one having the same price range but I don't thing replacing the screen with new one won't work, but one thing we should have to do ,is that we have to complain against them in masses then it will work otherwise it will not.Because spending nearly ₹40000 is a lot and after spending such a huge amount if you are facing this then it hurts a lot
