Following the software update in August 2025, a noticeable green line has appeared on the display

As a loyal Samsung customer, I am deeply frustrated that a routine software update has caused such a significant defect in an well-maintained device
I kindly request that you investigate this issue and provide a prompt resolution, such as a new free display and repair

Sorry bro samsung doesn't helps you..of you go to service center they pushing you to change display. Cost of display around 7.5k if you've any other option share with us..then how it's came??

I am in the same boat. My phone has No scratch or dent even. Please keep the community posted. Time to sue samsung in court and teach it a lesson.

● Kindly restart your device.

● Reset the device:
Note: Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite. Remember Google password before resetting the device because it required during initial setup. If you don't remember the password, then reset (Forgot password) your google account.

Settings > General Management > Reset > Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup > Factory data reset (This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.)

If the issue still occurs, please visit the service centre for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service centre with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
