A73 5G green line issue due to an update

I am the owner of a Samsung A73 5G 128GB smartphone. Following a recent software update, a green line appeared on the display. Subsequently, another green line emerged. I contacted customer service, but they informed me that the device is no longer under warranty and that the display replacement would incur a charge.

I believe that this issue has arisen due to the software update provided by Samsung and not because of any damage caused by me. Therefore, I kindly request a free replacement display. I would also like to bring to your attention that several other users have encountered similar problems after the software update.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Does samsung servicing samsung A73 ? i too got an greenline issue I given to service they say part was not available will take 15 days how ridiculous it was to wait for 15 days ???? before paying money they sai 5 days now after paying money 15 days they said is this correct approach ?????????? kindly do needful please

Same for me. It's about 45 days and the customer support call me and say they will arrange the display in 7 days and they won't contact again. When I visited the service center they mentioned that a lot of customers reached out and their is no stock available till this moment. Now the support team is telling me to visit the service center for the depreciation value.

When I asked whether the parts for any models won't be available after 2 years and you won't have any stock, they person was cunningly saying like it's phone that didn't had enough sale and they are stocking any parts.

Same problem with my a73 mobile. Customer care says this is not our end issue so use u money and replace the display.
This is worst ever Customer care.

I also got the green line issue on my Samsung A73. So it's a generic issue with the Samsung phones display and quality. When I went to the service center, more users of A73 are there to complaint it and get it replaced. Even the authorised service center technicians also confirmed that they are not having display units in stock for A73 as all are coming to get this replaced due to the green line issue. So it's not a single person issue and more users are affected by this quality issue or update.
