A7 2017 bluetooth is using massive battery even when it is turned off.

After oreo update my battery timing got reduced significantly and the culprit seems to be the bluetooth.it drains the battery even when it is turned off. i have done a factory reset but the problem exist. Nothing seems to be working. kindly someone help to solve the problem

The problem seems to be related to Android Oreo. I face battery issue due to the network. It takes more than 50% of my battery each day. We got to write to Samsung thru the app Samsung Members so that they will fix this issue.
