A54 mobile, Power saving mode issue

My phone is always on power shaving mode, except black screen/limit apps/screen. Today i face an issue related to power shaving mode is permanently activated.I can not do anything, even if i tried to switch off power shaving mode in the setting but now working.Pls tell me the solution.

Turn off adaptive power saving from Settings
