Galaxy AI am experiencing the same issue. I wish more customers would come forward, hoping that Samsung will explain why they haven't delivered what was promised, which is why I bought the phone. I wrote to them, and they assured me we would receive the update on June 18th, but that didn't happen. As a faithful customer I feel very let down by Samsung.

Galaxy AShame on you, old men, since you don't have basic knowledge about complexity of software updates process in a huge company like Samsung Electronics.
You forgot to mention your mobile services operator. They also have to accept any software updates (which are downloaded through their network), after Samsung release them.
You see, some flaws on A53 were corrected when A54 was launched on market, but not all of them. It's obvious that A55 has far less flaws than A53.
That's why, first of all, older models receive security updates. In other words, trough genetic code (which is based on D.N.A.), the nephew learns from mistakes made from his father and grandfather.
And the story goes on...

Galaxy AExactly - that guy has no idea what he's talking about. Phones in the UK haven't been "locked" to a provider for 10+ years. Is he living on the moon?
