Galaxy A1. Go to settings >> apps >> modes and routines >> storage >> clear cache
2. Open modes and routines >> disable the routines that are not working
3. Reboot the phone
4. Open modes and routines and enable the disabled routines.
This works atleast until the next OS update or update to google play systems. Dont know what goes wrong but specific routines woth time triggers stop working
