Subject: Urgent Accessibility Issues in Samsung Devices after Android 15 Update Dear Samsung Accessibility & Development Team, My name is Kalyan Nagrale , and I am a visually impaired user from Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. I use Samsung devices daily, and I am reporting critical accessibility issues that affect blind and low-vision users across multiple Samsung models. (Devices Tested:) - Galaxy A56 5G (One UI 7.0, Android 15, July 1, 2025 security patch) - Galaxy A35 - Galaxy A36 - Galaxy A55 - Galaxy S24 - Galaxy S25 These issues are present in all devices listed above. (Problems Observed:) 1. TalkBack keeps stopping unexpectedly at random times. 2. Samsung Text-to-Speech Engine does not work properly. 3. Samsung TTS voices have severe lag. 4. With any TTS engine (Samsung or third-party), TalkBack does not work properly. 5. TalkBack issues include: - Frequent stopping - Not reading text consistently - No proper support for multiple languages - Occasional crashing (Important Note:) These problems started "after upgrading to Android 15". In some devices that launched with Android 15 out of the box, the same problems exist. (Reporting Difficulties:) There is no proper accessibility reporting channel for such issues. While Samsung Members and customer support exist, when users report there, the customer care executives simply suggest visiting a service center. "Accessibility issues cannot be resolved at service centers", as they are software-level problems that require developer attention. (Impact:) In India, a large number of visually impaired people use Samsung devices for their daily needs. These bugs directly affect our independence, productivity, and access to technology. (Request:) Please treat this message as urgent and prioritize fixing these accessibility problems in the next software update. I am willing to assist with further testing or communication in any way. Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. I m samsung s22 user my display screen is showing a purple vertical line immediately after the last update that I installed i went to the service center where he said it is out of warranty and the display is damaged but how is it possible without any physical or water assault.
So please provide me a solution for the problem.
