After the One UI 7 upgrade, whenever a call comes in or an alarm triggers while the screen is locked, the display goes black after the call is ended or rejected, or after the alarm is dismissed or snoozed. There’s no visual feedback — the screen stays black. However, when I press the power button multiple times, I can tell that actions are happening in the background. For example, double-pressing still opens the wallet. I was able to confirm this because once the display finally turns on after a few seconds, I can see the results of the previous button presses.
Anyone faces similar issues? I've already sent feedback. Let's see if they'll fix or not.😪 phone was good with one ui 6.1. Now became buggier and battery life also became bad.Even after these much time spent over for development, they released buggy update.

Do factory rest before doing that take backup

Will factory reset fix these kind of issues? It will take a lot of time to back the entire phone up, set up everything back(payment apps, banking apps, work apps.) Why samsung wasting everyone's time?😭

Reset your accessibility setting.i was the othe problem like search box app always show in Dim gray even night mode off. After reset accessibility its normal.

Already done on that day itself, submitted feedback. But not sure if it's within 3 mins. Will try to do it next time. It occurs often but not in a predictable pattern.
