5G network not showing (now solved)

This problem i recently face. 5g will not show after enable. I don't know what to do.

Battery remains only 2%. So why system itself put him Battery saving mode and on this case system runs with only Volte, Lte not 5G. So why it shows 4G. Charge your phone beyond 15% you will get back 5G network.

No it still show 4g mode

Then select 5g network manually and see the result.

Yah after reset sim 1 setting now 5g show

Call Jio customer care, they will have to upgrade the carrier for your number. Same happened with me and they solved it.
