After updating my galaxy a36 with the sept security patch. My mobile internet stopped working. Its is showing me that i have network volte and 5g signal. But not connecting. And i am unable to make calls too. Although i am able to recieve them. I have airtel sim

Kindly reset factory data with backup then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

You will factory reset your phone for this single issue? Are you in really a good sense of mind? Do you know what factory reset does to your data? Use common sense before suggesting anything
