Hi, Open SETTINGS > ADVANCED FEATURES > DUAL MESSENGER
You can see a list of apps that supports dual app. Turn on the desired one.
If you plan to use a separate contact list for this second Whatsapp, turn on the USE SEPETARE CONTACT LIST toggle. Attached screenshots may help.

Once complete, there will be one more Whatsapp in the last page of app screen. You can easily identify the second Whatsapp with the orange dual app icon on the right bottom.

actually you can use up to 3 whatsapp accounts on the same device ;)
by using the previous method, in addition to the secure folder.

This is actually true.

You can also use 4 if you have an Android Enterprise [Android for Work] partition on your device & you're allowed to install it.

Yes  it is possible if you have a dual sim card device, with 2 different numbers. Or, you can use Dual App messenger or the Secure folder.
