you have to contact with wifi calling network providers like jio or airtel in your area....then only you can perform wifi calling

what if u don't have software to turn on wifi calling! carriers can't do anything. only midrange devices has n option to turn on wifi calling in android 9
flagships doesn't. it's only available in OneUI 2.0

Wifi calling works with Jio Sim on S9 plus and it is working already
