Hi,

Hoping someone here can help me with this issue.

I purchased the device in Sep 2022 and ever since am facing this issue where I lose network connection at least 1-2 times in a day.  Morning when I wake up, the device is usually not connected to network and sometimes in between too.

I have tried turning off all battery optimization in the hope that this may be the culprit.

I have a VI sim which never had an issue with my earlier device.  In fact thinking that the SIM may be the problem, I had this changed a month back but the problem remains.

My wife has purchased a S21 FE 5G during the recent sale and now she too has started having the same issue which leads me to strongly believe that this is an issue with the phone.  I had brought this up to the call center earlier but they dismissed it saying it's network issues.

Has anyone else with this device faced similar issues?  Also, if you have been able to find a solution, please do share.

Thanks!

May be a problem with the network coverage... Have you tried reset network Settings and Reset APN to default Setting???

Tried resetting network settings, clearing cache, repairing apps, resetting phone, getting a new SIM but no help.

All this while, I also assumed it was a network issue but now that my wife is also facing the same issue with her new S21 FE, I feel it is an issue with this model.

Another thing that I could understand after reading similar issues reported by users in Europe is that this issue strikes only if network signals are low.  If signals are strong then there is no issue .  But the sorry part is that my phones that are older than S21 FE don't have any issue while this one can barely hold onto a signal!

Bro it may be issue from your network.

Note that, to maintain low SAR value, samsung keep low network frequency. It cause low network coverage then other brands.
