I took the mobile without knowing about the mobile radiation

I have leg pain due to increased mobile radiation, is there a solution for this?

 My mobile is samsung s23

1).Check sar value in phone by dial pad
2).Don't keep ur phones in pant pocket,it's an request
3).If sar value exceeds limit u must change the device
