Most of the content showing in Arabic in the app details screen. I would like to switch to English.

Phone language is English but Galaxy Store app not respecting that.

Same here. Even their own website doesn't respect language settings. For a company as big as Samsung it's pretty amateuristic.

I did find this from 8 years ago, and I'm guessing they haven't bothered to update this issue since I also found the same posts from over a decade ago:

[Galaxy app store displayed in maybe Dutch language. How to change to English language? Is it any way?

I contacted samsung about that and they told me "you activated your phone for the first time by a Dutch SIM"]

Hi,

Unfortunately, there's no way to change the Galaxy Store's language.

I live in Hong Kong too, but I can not read Chinese or Cantonese. The galaxy store shows Chinese/Cantonese, I just can't use it at all.

Btw it's not true that Galaxy Store's language is set by how you the activated your phone for the first time. And it's also not true that you can't change it.

It is determined by the SIM you're using at the moment.

When I turn off my main SIM and use my old UK one (even though it's not even active anymore), galaxy store magically switches to english.

That's the only solution I found so far.

It probably could work with e-SIMs and SIM-imitating apps as well.

It seems like Samsung use your location and carrier to decide your location or country. Then after it use the country language. Like for me in Rwanda, I get all apps in French while I use English. This is a big issue for me as we also use English

There's no way to switch the Galaxy store's language, unfortunately. The language is related to the app's provider.
