A51 call recording not working

Bought in Sep 20 call recording was working later not working today bought Mo2s call rec working perfectly it cost 9k whereas a51 24k lot of trouble shooting through tutor done some software update issue predicted kindly rectify without call recorder no fun in having this phone regards

If you are using wifi calling then it won't work, turn it off and try again
