I tried to update my M31 to latest firmware but it is an error , as Samsung did not gave the right file for M31 for update . In this time this is very bad experience as an user . Samsung must replace the device in an urgent basis as of all M31 users ...
right now a lock down makes time very difficult for us . samsung should replace phone because its emergency service and they must change with a new one .. fault is theirs
