I tried to update my M31 to latest firmware but it is an error , as Samsung did not gave the right file for M31 for update . In this time this is very bad experience as an user . Samsung must replace the device in an urgent basis as of all M31 users are on warranty .
bro ...as Samsung provides non A/B partition Type of OTA software, not like other companies so it's better to use smart switch or odin to install software to overcome software holes which maximum time comes by simply install it using mobile data or wifi by which this forum is full with.....smart switch is very easy process and also proper as well as recommended ...i am using galaxy devices from 2012 ....many peoples including me use smart switch allaways hence never faced any issues.....simply mobile data or wifi if little fluctuate then .maximum times it's produce software holes by damaging software side ....then also you will be able to install that but will also welcome full of glitches which leads to various types of issues in devices including battery drainage,ui lag etc
