5g network problem in A14

Whenever I switch on the data, 5G network comes for some time, after that it automatically switches to 4G and even if 5G is coming, sometimes the internet does not work or runs very slow 

After software update mobile goes slow down

Sir, I updated the software on my Samsung A14 and since then it has become very slow on One UI 7.
