How to update Starting day of week to Sunday in Sansung Health App.In Calendars App I have changed the First day of week to Sunday. But it's not updating in Samsung Health App.

I am using Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Can u please explain when I take screenshot of article and share in what's app, then the contents are not clear and are blurry. However in gallery, the image is quite clear.
