After installing new app or removing app remaing apps overlapping icons and app names.

I have purchased m30s in january 2020 and last week media speaker volume reduced at  the level of ear peice. After restart it got normal. Again yesterday night all of a sudden again volume reduced but no luck this time..due to lockdown cant reach ser...
