I also get the invalid tracking number response and was told there is a backlog so I hope it is something that will be resolved. Samsung should communicate that there is an issue and that the delivery of the promo items will be delayed.

That is good to hear, I was worried it's a scam as I was told there is a backlog at the courier and they do not know when it will be resolved.
